This was a typically perfect wedding. No challenges. Perfect food. Seriously happy bride and groom.

Canapes:

  • Sweetcorn and springonion fritters with sweet chilli jam and fresh avocado
  • Tandoori chicken and pineapple skewers with coriander yoghurt dip
  • Smoked springbok and aubergine caviar on Brushcetta
  • Onion marmalade tarts with goats cheese and rocket
  • Chargrilled chilli and lemon prawn skewers

Starter -Smoked salmon trout with courgette and ricotta blini’s finished with a chive crème fraiche and herb salad

Main – Fillet of beef with roast vegetable tian and thyme butter potato stack finished with a silky red wine jus

Kids dinner Chicken goujons, with mash potato, peas and carrots
