Mains – mezze style platter, presented on large wooden planks in th ecenter of the table. Each platter serves 10 guests.
- Roast sirloin
- Prego chicken skewers
- Smoked snoek
- Selection of cheeses with preserves – Simonzola, brie, mature cheddar
- Artisan style breads with farmhouse butter – Ciabata, sourdough
- Rocket, cucumber, cherry tomatoes
- Humus
- Pesto
- Pickled Mushrooms
Dessert: Canape style served with coffee
- Decadent choclate brownies
- Coffee crème filled profiteroles
- Treacle tarts
I can’t wait to see the menu for this event. I have heard so much about Ubiqua. Would love to see the photos when they are out!
