A birthday jol of note. To be honest with a theme like “Tight and Bright” the even was only going to be a ripper. We delivered our food from the house kitchen while the evening picked up momentum. The night went very smoothly and all were thrilled with the food.
Canape’s:
- Onion marmalade tarts with goats cheese and wild rocket
- Phyllo baskets with avocado and sweet chilli salsa
- Herbed polenta with melting aubergine caviar and sundried tomato
- Tandoori chicken skewers with tsitsiki dip
Mains:
- Thai red chicken curry with litchees served on Jasmine rice
Dessert:
- Mini baked vanilla cheesecake
- Decadent Chocolate and walnut brownies.
